Proven Quality.
Real Results.
Seed treatment technology is one of the lowest cost, highest benefit investments a grower can make. Seed protectants, seed priming and pelleting all deliver measurable gains in the form of improved planting accuracy, increased rate and uniformity of seedling emergence and reduced disease incidence via seed placed protectant chemistry.
seed pelleting
Bigger seeds for better results.
Pelleting adds inert materials to the seed to increase its weight and size. Having seed pellets of uniform size improves plantability and allows for precise metering, spacing and depth of seed placement in the field.
Seed Enhancement seed treatments can be used as standalone products or in combination. For example, seeds can be primed, pelleted and have protectant chemistry added.

EnviroPellEnviroPell is an Asure Quality certified organic seed coating that uses a naturally occurring, mined blend of clays. EnviroPell can be used in any full organic planting program. The EnviroPell coating can be used with most type of vegetable seeds.

FilmCoatingA thin polymer material is used with only a very slight weight build-up. Filmcoating bonds combinations of colour, fungicides and/or insecticides to the seed. The outer layer, containing the colour, encapsulates the seed and any chemicals, offering a very clean and dust-free product, which contributes to the safety of the handler and the environment. Filmcoating does not change the seed size, but will change the count based on the build up. Filmcoating makes the seed flow more easily and aids in plantability.
Our agronomists will work with you to formulate the right combination for your crop.

our process
Quality in, quality out.
Seed Enhancement's is dedicated to providing growers with best-in-class seed treatments backed by rigorous quality control processes
01
Pre-treatment Analysis
Authority Process
Incoming seed is sampled and examined on arrival.
We check seed is...
-
free from spoilage or contamination
-
stored in cool and dry conditions
-
free of rodent or insect damage
-
not strong smelling
-
able to be identified by lot number, variety etc
-
horticultural seed must have a minimum germination of 85%
-
no non-standard chemical use
If a current germination test result (less than 12 months) is not available, a germination test can be carried out prior to treatment if time allows.
02
Seed Processing
Separate quality control monitoring on production is implemented at various stages of all process operations. This constitutes a dedicated approach to consistent production standards.
03
Post Production Quality Control & Assurance
Each production batch is assessed at our facility or by contracted laboratories to internationally validated standards (ISTA). All production even if already returned to the customer will carry a full and comprehensive quality assessment to recognised standards, which will be retained for future use and is available upon request.
